Alock TP Tablet is a combination of two pain killer medicines that is used to relieve moderate to severe pain. Alock TP Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. In case you experience stomach upset then take the medicine with food. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Do not stop using this medicine without asking your doctor.This medicine may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, dizziness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking this medicine.

In Moderate to severe pain Alock TP Tablet effectively relieves moderate to severe pain in conditions like menstrual cramp, arthritis, headache, muscle aches if taken when the first signs of pain occur. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain. This gives relief from pain and discomfort and thus improves the quality of your life. Take Alock TP Tablet by mouth as directed by your doctor.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alock TP Tablet may be taken with or without food.

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, and animal data on reproductive toxicity are insufficient. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing. | - Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Alock TP Tablet may be safe to use during breastfeeding. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness. | - Driving : UNSAFE

Alock TP Tablet may cause side effects that could affect your ability to drive. | - Kidney : CAUTION

Alock TP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. | - Liver : CAUTION

Alock TP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
However, the use of Alock TP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Alock TP Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
What is Alock TP Tablet used for? ::: Alock TP Tablet is used to relieve moderate to severe pain when a single painkiller is not enough. It combines two pain-relieving components to provide stronger and longer-lasting relief.| Who should not take Alock TP Tablet? ::: Individuals should not take Alock TP Tablet if they are allergic to tramadol or paracetamol, have severe liver problems, uncontrolled epilepsy, breathing difficulties, or are taking or recently took antidepressant medications called MAO inhibitors.| Can Alock TP Tablet tablets cause addiction? ::: Yes. Since Alock TP Tablet contains tramadol, which is an opioid painkiller, it may cause tolerance, dependence, or addiction if used for a long time. You may feel the need to take more than prescribed or use it for reasons other than pain relief. Always use only as directed by your doctor.| What are the serious side effects of Alock TP Tablet? ::: Serious side effects of Alock TP Tablet include slow or shallow breathing, severe drowsiness, confusion, seizures, yellowing of the skin (jaundice), allergic reactions like swelling or difficulty breathing, or unusual bleeding. Seek medical help immediately if you experience any of these symptoms.| Is Alock TP Tablet safe for people with kidney or liver problems? ::: No. If you have severe kidney or liver disease, you should not take Alock TP Tablet. If your condition is mild or moderate, your doctor may adjust your dose or increase the time between doses.| Can children or elderly patients take Alock TP Tablet? ::: Alock TP Tablet is not recommended for children under 12 years or for children with breathing problems. Elderly patients may need adjusted doses, as the product can stay in their body longer and increase side effects.
Alock TP Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol which relieve severe pain. Tramadol is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
