If you miss a dose of Almitak 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

These can include irritability, breathing problems, constant crying, and tremors.| How will Almitak 10mg Tablet make me feel?::: Antidepressants like Almitak 10mg Tablet gradually help lift your mood. It will not make you feel excessively or unusually happy, but will help you feel like yourself again.| Is Almitak 10mg Tablet a sleeping pill or a painkiller?::: Almitak 10mg Tablet is neither a conventional sleeping pill nor a typical painkiller. It contains amitriptyline, which is primarily used to treat mood disorders such as depression. However, doctors may sometimes prescribe it for other conditions, such as neuropathic pain.| Is Almitak 10mg Tablet good for anxiety?::: It is mainly an antidepressant that affects the levels of certain brain chemicals (serotonin and norepinephrine). -Moclobemide (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Moclobemide with Amitriptyline. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 day after discontinuing Amitriptyline. Please consult your doctor. Concomitant use may cause an increase in blood serotonin levels. Patients may experience agitation, increased body temperature, fast heartbeat, muscle rigidity, and loss of coordination.

| -Domperidone (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Domperidone with Amitriptyline. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm.

| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Amitriptyline. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Amitriptyline. Please consult your doctor.

| -Tramadol (Injection Route): Severe

Careful consideration is advised if you have epilepsy. Watch out for symptoms of serotonin syndrome, such as sedation, respiratory impairment, tremors, fever, diarrhea, or agitation, and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may alter or discontinue the medicines accordingly. Concurrent use may cause serotonin syndrome.

| -Thioridazine (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as sleepiness, dry mouth, impaired voluntary movements, weight gain, constipation, muscle stiffness or tremors and consult your doctor if you experience them. Factors such as old age, chronic heart issues, or low potassium levels may more frequently cause disturbance in heart rhythm, and your doctor may consider ECG monitoring in their presence. Concurrent use may cause serious disturbance in heart rhythm.
