It widens blood vessels to help increase blood flow and improve circulation to the smooth muscles of the uterus. This prevents premature labor and miscarriage. Take it as prescribed and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allyhope 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Allyhope 5mg Tablet is a progestin (female hormone). It helps in maintaining pregnancy by promoting the attachment of the embryo to lining of the womb and improving blood flow to the placenta. It also relaxes the uterus muscles thereby preventing premature labour.
-Tamoxifen (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Tamoxifen with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Tamoxifen.
| -Letrozole (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Letrozole with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Letrozole.
| -Anastrozole (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Anastrozole with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Anastrozole.
| -Raloxifene (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Raloxifene with Allylestrenol. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Raloxifene.
| -Rifampicin (Injection Route): Severe
Use other methods of contraception (IUDs, depot or barrier methods) both during and for 28 days following the discontinuation of Rifampicin. Rifampicin may reduce the efficacy of Allylestrenol.Bleeding and spotting are common and pregnancy may occur.
