Allycure 5mg Tablet is a synthetic progesterone derivative that is used in the treatment of recurrent miscarriages (pregnancy loss) and premature labor. Allycure 5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Do not miss even a single dose, if in any case, you missed dose, take it as soon as you remember or better to skip the missed dose and continue with regular dosing.The most common side effects of this medicine include edema (swelling), bloating, headache, depression,? fatigue, altered libido, irregular menstrual cycle, gastrointestinal disturbances, and excessive hair growth.? If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have ever had undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, or incomplete abortion, or have heart disease or kidney problems. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works.

In Treatment of Premature Labor Allycure 5mg Tablet prevents abnormal contractions of uterus muscles and relaxes them. It widens blood vessels to help increase blood flow and improve circulation to the smooth muscles of the uterus. This prevents premature labor and miscarriage. Take it as prescribed and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allycure 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

If you miss a dose of Allycure 5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.\t\t
Can Allycure 5mg Tablet be used as a birth control medicine?::: No, Allycure 5mg Tablet cannot be used as a birth control medicine. It is a hormone preparation used to treat repeated miscarriages and to prevent premature birth in pregnant women. You may need to use contraceptive methods to avoid pregnancy. Consult with your doctor to seek options for contraceptives.| In what conditions Allycure 5mg Tablet should be avoided?::: This medicine should not be used in patients with a history of blood clot events, severe liver disease, incomplete abortion, hormone-dependent carcinoma, and hypersensitivity.| I have started feeling depressed after taking Allycure 5mg Tablet? Is this normal?::: Depression is one of the common side-effects of this medicine. It is advisable to inform your doctor immediately if you get thoughts about harming yourself. He/she might suggest a suitable alternative based on your condition.| What are the functions of natural progesterone?::: Progesterone helps prepare your body for conception and pregnancy and regulates the monthly menstrual cycle. One of progesterone's most important functions is its role in thickening the lining of the uterus each month. The enriched endometrial lining is prepared to receive and nourish a fertilized egg in pregnant women.
Allycure 5mg Tablet is a progestin (female hormone). It helps in maintaining pregnancy by promoting the attachment of the embryo to lining of the womb and improving blood flow to the placenta. It also relaxes the uterus muscles thereby preventing premature labour.
-Tamoxifen (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Tamoxifen with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Tamoxifen.

| -Letrozole (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Letrozole with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Letrozole.

| -Anastrozole (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Anastrozole with Allylestrenol if you have or had breast cancer. If essential, consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Anastrozole.

| -Raloxifene (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Raloxifene with Allylestrenol. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. Allylestrenol may reduce the efficacy of Raloxifene.

| -Rifampicin (Injection Route): Severe

Use other methods of contraception (IUDs, depot or barrier methods) both during and for 28 days following the discontinuation of Rifampicin. Rifampicin may reduce the efficacy of Allylestrenol.Bleeding and spotting are common and pregnancy may occur.
