What is Allofex 120mg Tablet, and what is it used for?::: Allofex 120mg Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine. It contains fexofenadine (a second-generation antihistamine). It helps reduce allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, itching, and skin rashes. It may help relieve symptoms triggered by dust allergy (including house dust mites). It is also effective in managing hives and urticaria by blocking histamine (a chemical released during allergic reactions).| What should I tell my doctor before starting treatment with Allofex 120mg Tablet?::: It is important to inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions and medications. Also mention if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
