Allexit 2mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Allexit 2mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. | - Liver : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited data available on the use of Allexit 2mg Tablet in patients with liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Allexit 2mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Allexit 2mg Tablet might interact with desmopressin, ritonavir, quinidine or cotrimoxazole. Please consult your doctor before use| Does Allexit 2mg Tablet help in opiate withdrawal?::: Allexit 2mg Tablet is used in higher doses as a part of opiate withdrawal process. However, do consult your doctor regarding the same.| Is Allexit 2mg Tablet addictive?::: No, Allexit 2mg Tablet is a safe and non-addictive anti-diarrheal drug.| Can Allexit 2mg Tablet be used for stomach cramps, nausea, stomach flu, rota virus diarrhea and gas?::: Allexit 2mg Tablet may benefit few cases of stomach cramps or nausea associated with diarrhea. It is sometimes used for stomach flu, rota virus diarrhea. It is not used for gas. Please consult your doctor before taking the drug.| Can I take Allexit 2mg Tablet with cimetidine?::: Cimetidine can decrease the metabolism of Allexit 2mg Tablet, increase its blood levels and hence, increase its effects and side effects. Your dose of Allexit 2mg Tablet may needs to be decreased. Consult your doctor prior to taking both the drugs together.

Allexit 2mg Tablet is an anti-diarrhoeal medication. It works by slowing down the contraction of the intestines thereby decreasing the speed at which the contents pass through it. This allows more time for reabsorption of fluids and nutrients, making the stools more solid and less frequent.

-Domperidone (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Loperamide with Domperidone. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm and can be fatal.

| -Amiodarone (Oral Route): Severe

Talk to your doctor if you experience Loperamide side effects associated with your heart or nerves. Concurrent use may cause fatal disturbances in the heart rhythm.

| -Amiodarone (Injection Route): Severe

Talk to your doctor if you experience Loperamide side effects associated with your heart or nerves. Concurrent use may cause fatal disturbances in the heart rhythm.

| -Artemether (Injection Route): Severe

Factors such as old age, chronic heart issues, or low potassium levels may more frequently cause disturbance in heart rhythm, and your doctor may consider ECG monitoring in their presence. Concurrent use may cause serious disturbance in heart rhythm.
