Allervict-MD Tablet SR is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back, and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking, as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects of Allervict-MD Tablet SR are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, headache, insomnia, irritability, increased heart rate, and flu-like symptoms. It may cause sleepiness and dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. It also helps the airways in your lungs stay open. It relaxes the muscles of these airways. This makes it easier for air to get in and out. This medicine will allow you to exercise more freely without worrying about getting symptoms such as wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath. It allows you to live your life more freely without worrying so much about things that set off your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allervict-MD Tablet SR may be taken with or without food.Avoid Allervict-MD Tablet SR with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Allervict-MD Tablet SR is a combination of two drugs. Doxofylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing and widening the muscles in the airways. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger.
