Allall 180mg Tablet is an anti-allergy medicine used in the treatment of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, congestion or stuffiness, sneezing, itching, swelling, and watery eyes. It also helps treat skin allergies with itching, redness, or swelling. Allall 180mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.Do not self-medicate or recommend your medicine to another person even if you see the similarity in symptoms. Consult your doctor to get the most benefit. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any problems related to the kidneys, liver, or heart. Allall 180mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.Because of low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Allall 180mg Tablet would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies. | - Driving : SAFE

Allall 180mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.However, you should make check that Allall 180mg Tablet does not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before driving or operating machinery. | - Kidney : CAUTION

Allall 180mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. | - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Allall 180mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data suggest dose adjustment may not be needed.However, consult your doctor before giving Allall 180mg Tablet to your child in case of severe liver disease.

Allall 180mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines. It blocks the effects of natural chemical substance (histamine) produced in the body during an allergic state and subsides (lowers) your immune system?s response to these conditions.
-Tepotinib (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Tepotinib with Fexofenadine. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. Tepotinib may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

| -Leflunomide (Oral Route): Moderate

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Leflunomide may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

| -Ulipristal acetate (Oral Route): Moderate

Ensure a gap of at least 2 hours between taking Ulipristal acetate and Fexofenadine. No clinically significant interaction.

| -Thalidomide (Oral Route): Moderate

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness. Concurrent use may cause increased sleepiness.

| -Dronedarone (Oral Route): Moderate

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Dronedarone may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.
