Patients with a rare disorder called Addison?s disease (a condition in which the adrenal gland does not produce enough of certain hormones, primarily cortisol and aldosterone) should also not use this medicine.| Are there any serious side effects of Alkopex Oral Solution?::: Serious side effects of Alkopex Oral Solution include muscle weakness, irregular heartbeat, confusion, trouble breathing, severe vomiting, or black/tarry stools.
