Alitel 40 Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.Use of Alitel 40 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Alitel 40 Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

| -Eplerenone (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as muscle weakness, fatigue, cramps, nausea, vomiting, tingling, numbness or irregular heartbeat and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may also monitor your potassium levels closely. Concurrent use may cause high blood potassium levels.

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, confusion, weight loss, tingling in hands and feet, nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating, or taste changes, and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may increase the risk of high blood potassium levels, which may be fatal for individuals with diabetes and kidney impairment.
