Alitap 100 Tablet is a medicine used to treat moderate to severe acute pain in adults. It is used to treat many conditions such as headache, fever, period pain, toothache, and colds. It effectively alleviates pain when other treatments fail to relieve your pain. Take Alitap 100 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor and follow the recommended dose and schedule carefully. Do not take more than advised or use it for longer than prescribed, as it may lead to dependence. Try to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent pain relief. Do not suddenly stop the medicine without consulting your doctor, as it may cause withdrawal symptoms.Alitap 100 Tablet may cause some common side effects such as nausea, dizziness, vomiting, and somnolence (sleepiness). These effects are usually mild to moderate and may improve as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, if they persist or become bothersome, consult your doctor.Use Alitap 100 Tablet with caution in individuals with respiratory disorders, head injury, liver or kidney impairment, or a history of substance abuse. Alitap 100 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.If you feel drowsy, dizzy, have blurred vision or a slow reaction time while taking Alitap 100 Tablet, then do not drive. | - Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Alitap 100 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data suggest dose adjustment may not be needed. | - Liver : CAUTION

Alitap 100 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Alitap 100 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

However, you should always check with your doctor or pharmacist before making any change to the dosage or type of medicine you take. | How to dispose of Alitap 100 Tablet safely?::: Since Alitap 100 Tablet is an opioid medicine, it's important you dispose of any unwanted medicine safely as it can lead to inappropriate use. Simply remove the medicine from their original packet and mix them with something undesirable, such as used coffee grounds, dirt, or cat/dog litter. This makes the medicine less appealing to children and pets and unrecognizable to someone who might intentionally go through the trash looking for drugs. After this put the mixture in something you can close (a re-sealable zipper storage bag to prevent the drug from leaking or spilling out. Finally, throw the bag in the garbage.
Alitap 100 Tablet works by changing how the brain and nerves respond to pain. It reduces pain signals by acting on opioid receptors and also enhances the levels of a natural chemical called norepinephrine, which helps block pain messages in the nervous system. Together, these actions help provide effective relief from moderate to severe pain.
-Naltrexone (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Naltrexone with Tapentadol; watch out for symptoms such as breathlessness, increased heart rate, or headache. Naltrexone may reduce efficacy of Tapentadol.

| -Alprazolam (Oral Route): Severe

| -Clobazam (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Clobazam side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them.
