If you miss a dose of Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If your doctor has prescribed Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet for your child and you are worried about these side effects, discuss it with your doctor.| I have been taking tamoxifen for breast cancer. Can I take Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet with it?::: No, you should not take Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet if you are receiving tamoxifen. Tamoxifen often causes hot flashes (episodes of feeling extremely hot), which can be treated with Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet. But Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet may reduce the effectiveness of tamoxifen and can lead to recurrence of breast cancer.| Do I need to be careful while taking Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet if I am a diabetic?::: Yes, you need to be careful while taking this medicine if you are a diabetic. Aliprox 37.5 CR Tablet is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. This improves mood and physical symptoms of depression and also relieves symptoms of panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

-Tapentadol (Nasal Route): Life-threatening

Avoid concurrent use unless your doctor considers it safe. Concurrent use may cause fatal rise in blood serotonin levels.

| -Moclobemide (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Moclobemide with Paroxetine. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 week after discontinuing Paroxetine. Please consult your doctor. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm and can be fatal.

| -Zolmitriptan (Nasal Route): Life-threatening

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of serotonin syndrome such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may monitor and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may cause serotonin syndrome.

| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Paroxetine. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 week after discontinuing Paroxetine. Please consult your doctor. Concomitant use may cause a fatal increase in blood serotonin levels. Patients may experience agitation, increased body temperature, fast heartbeat, muscle rigidity, and loss of coordination.

| -Selegiline (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Selegiline with Paroxetine. If Selegiline is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Paroxetine. Please consult your doctor.
