It is a potent and very toxic medicine and you should discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Alimlieva 100 Injection is not recommended during pregnancy as there is positive evidence of fetal risk based on animal studies. However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks. | - Breast feeding : CAUTION
Alimlieva 100 Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body. | - Driving : UNSAFE

Alimlieva 100 Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Alimlieva 100 Injection is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe kidney disease. | - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Alimlieva 100 Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data suggest dose adjustment may not be needed.

Alimlieva 100 Injection is a prescription chemotherapy medication and hair loss is one of the possible side effects.
Alimlieva 100 Injection interferes with the growth of DNA and RNA of the cancer cells by substituting their building blocks. It prevents the cancer cells from growing and multiplying.
-Cisplatin (Injection Route): Severe
If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, fatigue, hair loss, rash, numbness or tingling in the hands & feet and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Pemetrexed may increase the metabolism of Cisplatin.
| -Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route): Severe
