However, if it is almost time for your next dose, take it in the regular schedule instead of taking the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.| Is Alides 5mg Tablet effective?::: Alides 5mg Tablet is effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking it even if you see improvement in your condition. If you stop using Alides 5mg Tablet too early, the symptoms may return or worsen.

Alides 5mg Tablet is a long-acting allergy medicine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance responsible for allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose. It mainly acts outside the brain, so it usually does not cause sleepiness while helping relieve allergy symptoms.

-Mirtazapine (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you. Concurrent use may increase sleepiness.

| -Thalidomide (Oral Route): Moderate

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness. Concurrent use may cause increased sleepiness.

| -Dalteparin (Injection Route): Moderate

Your doctor may frequently monitor your blood clotting time. Desloratadine may reduce the efficacy of Dalteparin.

| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not take Tranylcypromine with Desloratadine. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor. Concurrent use may cause fever, flushing, sweating, unconsciousness, and high blood pressure.

| -Betahistine (Oral Route): Mild

Take Desloratadine with Betahistine only if prescribed by your doctor. Desloratadine may block the action of Betahistine.
