Do not consume Hydroxyzine with Azithromycin. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm and can be fatal.
| -Pimozide (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Pimozide with Azithromycin. If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your heart rate and overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Factors such as old age, chronic heart issues or low potassium levels may cause irregular heart beats and your doctor may consider ECG monitoring in their presence. Concurrent use may cause serious disturbance in heart rhythm.
| -Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route): Severe
Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Azithromycin. Please consult your doctor. Azithromycin may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).
| -Vinblastine (Injection Route): Severe
Concomitant use is not recommended. Please consult with your doctor. Azithromycin may raise blood levels of Vinblastine.Concurrent use may cause hairloss, drop in blood cell counts, and nervous system disorders.
