If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, do not drive or use any machines. It is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.

Algrot 30mg/5ml Suspension belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines It blocks the natural chemical substance (histamine) produced in the body during an allergic state and subsides (lowers) your child?s immune system?s response to these conditions.

-Tepotinib (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Tepotinib with Fexofenadine. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. Tepotinib may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

| -Leflunomide (Oral Route): Moderate

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Leflunomide may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

| -Ulipristal acetate (Oral Route): Moderate

Ensure a gap of at least 2 hours between taking Ulipristal acetate and Fexofenadine. No clinically significant interaction.

| -Thalidomide (Oral Route): Moderate

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness. Concurrent use may cause increased sleepiness.

| -Dronedarone (Oral Route): Moderate

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Dronedarone may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.
