If you miss a dose of Algine 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

-Mirtazapine (Oral Route): Moderate
Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you. Concurrent use may increase sleepiness.
| -Thalidomide (Oral Route): Moderate
If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness. Concurrent use may cause increased sleepiness.
| -Dalteparin (Injection Route): Moderate
Your doctor may frequently monitor your blood clotting time. Cetirizine may reduce the efficacy of Dalteparin.
| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Moderate
Do not take Tranylcypromine with Cetirizine. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor. Concurrent use may cause fever, flushing, sweating, unconsciousness, and high blood pressure.
| -Betahistine (Oral Route): Mild
Take Cetirizine with Betahistine only if prescribed by your doctor. Cetirizine may block the action of Betahistine.
