Do not cut, crush, or chew the medicine, but swallow it whole with water.| Does Alfoo 10mg Tablet PR have any effect on the liver?::: In very rare cases, your liver may be affected, causing liver function abnormalities. Inform the doctor if you already have liver disease before starting the medication.
