aLFil 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. aLFil 10mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. It should be strictly taken as advised by your doctor. The medicine when taken for ED will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. You should take it about one hour before you plan to have sex. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person, but it normally takes between 30 minutes and one hour. Only take it if you need it and it has been prescribed to you by a doctor.The most common side effects of this medicine are flushing, headache, blurred vision, muscle pain, stomach upset, nausea, back pain, and respiratory tract infection. Talk to your doctor if the side effects bother you or will not go away.aLFil 10mg Tablet can be dangerous to take it along with medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain). Do not take this medicine if you have severe heart or liver problems, if you have recently had a stroke or heart attack or if you have low blood pressure. Let your doctor know if you suffer from these or any other health problems before taking it. You should not drive if this medicine makes you feel dizzy. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can lead to side effects.

It is caused by thickening of walls of the arteries that supply your lungs making it hard for blood to get through. Alfil 10mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing blood vessels and can help lower the blood pressure in the arteries of your lungs. You will be able to carry out your daily activities more easily and feel less tired or dizzy. Take it regularly, as prescribed even if you think it is not working or if you feel better.

The safety of aLFil 10mg Tablet during pregnancy has not been established. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, and animal data on reproductive toxicity are insufficient. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.| Do I need to avoid alcohol while taking aLFil 10mg Tablet?::: Alcohol in small amounts may not cause any discomfort to you. However, drinking too much alcohol (5 units or greater) can increase your chances of getting a headache or feeling dizzy, increased heart rate or low blood pressure.| Does aLFil 10mg Tablet delay ejaculation?::: No, aLFil 10mg Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.| What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue aLFil 10mg Tablet?::: You should immediately consult your doctor if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden decrease in hearing or hearing loss, ringing in ears and dizziness. Also, contact your doctor if you experience prolonged erections greater than 4 hours and painful erections greater than 6 hours in duration.

-Isosorbide Dinitrate (Oral Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Tadalafil with Isosorbide Dinitrate. If Tadalafil is essential, ensure a gap of at least 48 hours between taking Tadalafil and Isosorbide Dinitrate. Concomitant use may cause a severe drop in blood pressure that may lead to a heart attack.
