Alestol 10mg Tablet is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.
-Mefloquine (Oral Route): Moderate
If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as muscle pains, abdominal pain, chest pain or discomfort and consult your doctor if you experience them. Concurrent use may increase the risk of disturbance in heart rhythm.
| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Moderate
Do not take Tranylcypromine with Astemizole. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor. Concurrent use may cause fever, flushing, sweating, unconsciousness, and high blood pressure.
| -Betahistine (Oral Route): Mild
Take Astemizole with Betahistine only if prescribed by your doctor. Astemizole may block the action of Betahistine.
