Alergipar 10mg Injection may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or sedation, as it is a first-generation antihistamine. Patients should avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require alertness until they know how the medicine affects them.| Who should not use Alergipar 10mg Injection?::: Alergipar 10mg Injection should not be used in people who are allergic to pheniramine or similar antihistamines. Caution is advised in patients with glaucoma, enlarged prostate, urinary retention, asthma, or heart disease, and it should be used only under medical supervision in such cases.
Alergipar 10mg Injection is an antiallergic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine). This relieves symptoms of severe allergic reactions due to insect bite/sting, certain medicines, and hives (such as rashes and swelling).
-Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (Oral Route): Moderate
Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you. Concurrent use may increase the risk of low blood pressure, slow breathing, slow pulse, disorientation, dizziness, sleepiness, and/or dilated pupils.
| -Ketamine (Injection Route): Moderate
If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent administration may cause a decreased breathing rate, heart rate, and loss of consciousness.
| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Moderate
Do not take Tranylcypromine with Pheniramine. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor. Concurrent use may cause fever, flushing, sweating, unconsciousness, and high blood pressure.
| -Betahistine (Oral Route): Mild
Take Pheniramine with Betahistine only if prescribed by your doctor. Pheniramine may block the action of Betahistine.
