Unless your child?s doctor has advised a specific regime for your child, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not give the double dose to catch up and follow the prescribed dosing schedule.

This is because there is a possibility that Alencef O Kid Tablet may aggravate these conditions and result in complications.

Alencef O Kid Tablet contains two antibiotics. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) while ofloxacin directly interacts with the genetic material of bacteria. As a consequence, the infection-causing bacteria stop growing further and the spread of the infection is successfully arrested.
