Alefox Infusion may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION

Alefox Infusion should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. | - Liver : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited data available on the use of Alefox Infusion in patients with liver disease.However, stop the medicine and inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.

Muscle damage can happen in people of all ages who take Alefox Infusion but it may be more significant in people above 60 years of age. Inform your doctor if you feel any kind of muscle pain while using this medicine.| How is Alefox Infusion administered?::: Alefox Infusion should be administered under the supervision of a trained healthcare professional or a doctor only and should not be self-administered. The dose will depend on the condition you are being treated for and will be decided by your doctor. Alefox Infusion is an antibiotic. It works by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them.
