If you miss a dose of ALECensa Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Your doctor may stop the medicine if this side effect occurs.| Can ALECensa Capsule affect my heart rate? ::: Yes. ALECensa Capsule may cause bradycardia (slow heartbeat). If suspected, your doctor will stop the medicine and do blood tests.| What serious side effects of ALECensa Capsule should I report immediately? ::: Serious side effects of ALECensa Capsule may include severe shortness of breath, or cough, yellowing of the skin, or eyes, irregular, or slow heartbeat, severe muscle pain, or weakness, and dark urine, or extreme tiredness. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms.

ALECensa Capsule is an anticancer medication. It works by blocking certain receptors found on the cancer cells. These receptors cause the cancer cells to grow and multiply very fast. Hence, blocking them helps to slow or stop tumor growth.

Do not consume Fingolimod with Alectinib. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Fingolimod side effects such as back pain, diarrhea, headache, increased thirst, confusion or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them.
