It helps shrink tumors and delay the spread of cancer, improving how long patients live without the disease getting worse.| Who should not take ALECensa 150mg Capsule?::: There are no specific contraindications listed, but individuals should not take ALECensa 150mg Capsule if they are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. ALECensa 150mg Capsule is an anticancer medication. It works by blocking certain receptors found on the cancer cells. These receptors cause the cancer cells to grow and multiply very fast. Hence, blocking them helps to slow or stop tumor growth.
-Fingolimod (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not consume Fingolimod with Alectinib. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Fingolimod side effects such as back pain, diarrhea, headache, increased thirst, confusion or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may closely monitor your ECG and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may increase the risk of decreased heart rate.
