Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you. Concurrent use may cause additional drowsiness and inattentiveness.

| -Amitriptyline (Oral Route): Moderate

Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.Doctor may monitor your kidney function. Disulfiram may decrease the metabolism of Amitriptyline.

| -Metronidazole (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not consume Metronidazole with Disulfiram. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as constipation, confusion or psychosis and consult your doctor if you experience them.
