It usually spreads to the pelvis and stomach. Alcarb 450 Injection kills or stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancer cells. It is an effective medicine but has some side effects that may be bothersome. So, you should discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Alcarb 450 Injection is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby. | - Driving : UNSAFE
Alcarb 450 Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION
Alcarb 450 Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Alcarb 450 Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests may be advised while you are taking this medicine. | - Liver : CAUTION

Alcarb 450 Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells which stops their growth and multiplication.
-Pegfilgrastim (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Carboplatin from 14 days before until 24 days after taking Pegfilgrastim. Please consult your doctor. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.
| -Sargramostim (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Carboplatin from 1 day before until 1 day after taking Sargramostim. Please consult your doctor. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.
| -Lenograstim (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Lenograstim from 24 hours before until 24 hours after undergoing cytotoxic chemotherapy. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.
| -Molgramostim (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Carboplatin from 1 day before until 1 day after taking Molgramostim. Please consult your doctor. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.
| -Natalizumab (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Natalizumab with Carboplatin. Concomitant use may increase the risk of opportunistic infections.
