Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule is a prescription medicine that is used to treat nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy. It works by blocking the release of chemicals such as serotonin and substance P which are responsible for causing nausea and vomiting. Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time.This medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose. If you miss any dose, please consult your doctor. It is advised to complete the treatment without any interruption. The common side effects of this medicine include fatigue, erythema, weakness, headache, constipation, and indigestion. It works by blocking a natural substance in the brain that causes nausea and vomiting. Using Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule helps you recover more comfortably from chemotherapy. The recommended dose is one capsule taken by mouth one hour before starting chemotherapy. Please follow your doctor's instruction for the dose and duration of taking Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule may be taken with or without food.

Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Netupitant and Palonosetron.
