Aire 1mg Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as coughing, wheezing and breathlessness. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe. You can take Aire 1mg Tablet with or without food. The dose will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Try to take it at the same time each day. It is important to keep taking this medicine until your doctor tells you not to. Use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit from it even if you feel well.Aire 1mg Tablet is generally safe and effective but some common side effects include tremor, headache, palpitation, increased heart rate, and muscle cramps. These side effects are not often dangerous and they should gradually improve as your body gets used to this medicine. There are other, rarer, side effects and you should call your doctor straight away if you get chest pain, a very bad headache, or very bad dizziness.Before using Aire 1mg Tabletl, you should tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid gland, a history of heart problems, diabetes, or low levels of potassium in your blood to make sure it?s safe. Also, make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking this medicine. Because this medicine can make you feel dizzy or shaky, do not drive, cycle, or use tools or machinery until you feel better. You should not smoke as it causes damage to your lungs and will make your condition worse.

If you miss a dose of Aire 1mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
How does Aire 1mg Tablet work?::: Aire 1mg Tablet works by widening the air passages in your lungs so that air can flow into your lungs more freely. For people with asthma, Aire 1mg Tablet helps to relieve symptoms such as coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath, particularly at night.| How should I take Aire 1mg Tablet?::: Aire 1mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Aire 1mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day to reduce the chances of a missed dose. However, it is advisable to take Aire 1mg Tablet just before bedtime with a glass of water.| What if I forget to take a dose of Aire 1mg Tablet?::: If you forget a dose of Aire 1mg Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next scheduled dose on the prescribed time. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.| What would happen if I take higher than the recommended dose of Aire 1mg Tablet?::: Taking a higher than the recommended dose of Aire 1mg Tablet may cause seizures, chest pain, nervousness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, dizziness and lack of energy. High doses of Aire 1mg Tablet may also cause fast, irregular or pounding heartbeat, uncontrollable shaking of any part of the body and difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. In any such case, seek immediate medical attention.| Is Aire 1mg Tablet better than Albuterol?::: Both Aire 1mg Tablet and Albuterol belong to the same class of medicines. and are used for quick relief in symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as wheezing, shortness of breath and coughing. Aire 1mg Tablet contains the active form of Albuterol known as R-albuterol. On the other hand, Albuterol contains a mixture of equal amounts of R-albuterol (active form) and S-albuterol (inactive form of Albuterol). Aire 1mg Tablet, being the active form may have lesser side effects when compared to the inactive form.| Is it safe to take Aire 1mg Tablet if I have heart disease?::: Yes, it is considered safe, but its use depends on the severity of your heart problem. If you experience chest pain or any other symptom of worsening heart disease while taking Aire 1mg Tablet, seek immediate medical advice.| Being a diabetic, what should I remember while taking Aire 1mg Tablet?::: Aire 1mg Tablet may cause blood sugar levels to rise. Therefore, your doctor may adjust your dose of insulin or antidiabetic medicines. Keep a regular check on your blood glucose levels and do not miss any dose. Consult your doctor if you experience a sudden rise in blood sugar levels.| I have started using Aire 1mg Tablet and I am experiencing headaches and shakiness. Is this because of Aire 1mg Tablet and will these go away?::: Yes, it could be due to Aire 1mg Tablet. Feeling shaky is a common side effect of Aire 1mg Tablet which usually goes away after some time. For headaches, drink plenty of water, get sufficient rest and avoid alcohol. Usually, headaches go away after a week. If they persist for a long time, contact your doctor.| Can I smoke if I have been prescribed Aire 1mg Tablet?::: No, you should not smoke while taking Aire 1mg Tablet. Smoking irritates the lungs. The medicine may make breathing more difficult, especially in patients who have asthma. Take advice from your doctor if you are finding it hard to avoid smoking.
Aire 1mg Tablet is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. This makes breathing easier.
-Propranolol (Oral Route): Severe

Do not use Propranolol with Levosalbutamol if you have asthma or COPD. Propranolol may reduce efficacy of Levosalbutamol.Concurrent use may cause difficulty in breathing.

| -Sotalol (Oral Route): Severe

Your doctor may monitor your potassium levels along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may disturb the heart rhythm.

| -Timolol (Eye Route): Severe

Do not use Timolol with Levosalbutamol if you have asthma or COPD. Timolol may reduce efficacy of Levosalbutamol.Concurrent use may cause difficulty in breathing.

| -Atomoxetine (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, heart rate and potassium levels closely. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may disturb the heart rhythm.

| -Pindolol (Oral Route): Severe

Do not use Pindolol with Levosalbutamol if you have asthma or COPD. Pindolol may reduce efficacy of Levosalbutamol.Concurrent use may cause difficulty in breathing.
