In Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms Agromir S Tablet helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that cause frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate that may occur with some infections of the urinary tract. This way it helps manage the overactive bladder symptoms efficiently.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Agromir S Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Agromir S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. | - Liver : UNSAFE
Agromir S Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
If you miss a dose of Agromir S Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Your doctor will likely check your blood pressure regularly, and this medicine is not suitable if you have uncontrolled severe hypertension.| Can Agromir S Tablet cause problems with urine flow? ::: Yes, Agromir S Tablet causes problems with urine flow, especially in people with bladder outlet obstruction or those already on other medicines for an overactive bladder. This medicine may increase the risk of difficulty passing urine or acute urinary retention. Report any problems with urination right away.| What serious side effects of Agromir S Tablet should I watch for and get urgent help? ::: Seek medical care for symptoms of serious side effects of Agromir S Tablet, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, trouble breathing, or hives. Also, very rapid heartbeat, severe constipation, confusion, or sudden loss of vision should be reported immediately.| Is there a risk of heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias) with Agromir S Tablet? ::: Agromir S Tablet may affect the heart rhythm. The risk increases if you already take other medicines that affect the heart or have existing rhythm disturbances. Always tell your doctor if you have a heart condition.
Agromir S Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mirabegron and Solifenacin. Mirabegron is a beta 3-receptor agonist. It works by activating the receptor in the bladder, causing the bladder muscles to relax. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It also works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder. In this way, it works to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urge of urination.
