It is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It can help relieve pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

AFNK AQ Injection is not recommended during pregnancy as there is positive evidence of fetal risk based on animal studies. However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks. | - Breast feeding : UNSAFE

AFNK AQ Injection is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby. | - Driving : UNSAFE

AFNK AQ Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION

How should AFNK AQ Injection be administered?::: AFNK AQ Injection should only be given by a healthcare professional. It can be given deep into the muscle (intramuscularly), preferably in the buttock, under the skin (subcutaneously), or directly into a vein (intravenously) as a bolus and not as an infusion. The dose should not exceed the prescribed quantity and injection should not be given for more than 2 days.| What is the most important information I need to know about AFNK AQ Injection?::: It is important to know that AFNK AQ Injection may increase your chance of having a heart attack or stroke. The risk is higher if you take higher doses and have used the medicine for a long time. Additionally, AFNK AQ Injection may cause ulcers, bleeding, or holes in your stomach and intestine. If you experience any such problems, consult your doctor immediately.| Is AFNK AQ Injection a good painkiller?::: AFNK AQ Injection is effective in relieving pain and inflammation. It is used for various sorts of pain such as sprains, strains, and other injuries. It is also helpful in various types of arthritis, gout, pain, and inflammation following surgery.| Can AFNK AQ Injection hurt your kidneys?::: Long-term use and high doses of AFNK AQ Injection may cause renal problems such as protein or blood in urine and painful urination. Patients who are at maximum risk of developing kidney problems include dehydrated people, individuals with heart failure, impaired kidney function, hypertension, and the elderly. Hence, for such patients kidney function monitoring is recommended.| Is AFNK AQ Injection a good painkiller?::: AFNK AQ Injection is effective in relieving pain and inflammation. It is used for various sorts of pain such as sprains, strains and other injuries. It is also helpful in various types of arthritis, gout, pain and inflammation following surgery.| Is AFNK AQ Injection a narcotic?::: No, AFNK AQ Injection is not a narcotic. It belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) group of medicines.| Does AFNK AQ Injection get you high?::: No, AFNK AQ Injection does not get you high. It does not have an abuse potential (drug-seeking behavior) and does not cause physical or psychological dependence. However, it is not very common and may not affect everyone. If you experience these symptoms avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.| What is the most important information I need to know about AFNK AQ Injection?::: It is important to know that AFNK AQ Injection may increase your chance of having a heart attack or stroke. The risk is more if you take higher doses and have been using the medicine for a longer time. Also, taking AFNK AQ Injection may cause ulcers, bleeding, or holes in your stomach and intestine. These problems may happen without warning symptoms at any time during treatment and may even cause death. Therefore, if you encounter any such problems, consult your doctor immediately.| Can AFNK AQ Injection be taken during pregnancy?::: You should not take AFNK AQ Injection during the last 3 months of pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on your baby. Use of AFNK AQ Injection can also lead to reduced labor (premature delivery). Hence, it is advised to avoid using AFNK AQ Injection during the first 6 months of pregnancy also. In some cases, AFNK AQ Injection may be prescribed in pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the risks involved with its use in pregnant women. If not sure, consult your doctor regarding its use.

Do not consume Diclofenac with Heparin. If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Diclofenac may increase the effect of Heparin.Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding.

| -Tacrolimus (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your tacrolimus levels, potassium levels and kidney function closely. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may increase the risk of serious damage to the kidneys.

| -Methotrexate (Injection Route): Severe

Please consult with your doctor. Doctor may monitor liver function and blood cell counts. Concurrent use may increase the risk of serious side effects of Methotrexate.
