In Treatment of Skin infections Afderm-MN + Cream helps treat and control skin infections caused by bacteria such as acne, impetigo (red sores on face), infection in the hair follicle, atopic dermatitis (dry, itchy skin), etc. It also helps treat fungal infections like athlete?s foot (infection between toes), Jock itch (infection of the groin area), ringworm, and other fungal skin infections (candidiasis). Afderm-MN + Cream gives relief from pain, swelling, redness, or itching due to infection and speeds up the healing process. You may notice your skin starting to get better within 4-5 days. Keep using Afderm-MN + Cream for as long as it is prescribed.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

If you miss a dose of Afderm-MN + Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Afderm-MN + Cream is a combination of three medicines: Miconazole, Mometasone and Nadifloxacin which treat skin infections. Miconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Nadifloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria that cause skin infections. Mometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
