If you vomit within two hours of taking the birth control pills, or if you have had diarrhea for 24 hours or more, your birth control pills may be ineffective. In most cases, this is mild and resolves once the antibiotic course is complete. If you develop severe diarrhea, bloody stools, or abdominal cramping, or if symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor immediately.| Is Afclav 375 Tablet effective against viral infections, such as the common cold or flu?::: No. Afclav 375 Tablet is an antibiotic and works only against bacterial infections. Viruses cause the common cold and influenza (flu). Antibiotics are not effective against them. If you have a cold or flu, supportive care such as rest, staying hydrated, and using home remedies like saline gargles or steam inhalation may help with recovery.| How long does Afclav 375 Tablet take to work, and how do I know if it is working?::: Afclav 375 Tablet begins to work against bacterial infections within hours of taking it. However, it may take 24 to 48 hours to notice improvement in your symptoms. If you do not notice any improvement, or if your symptoms worsen at any point, contact your doctor.
