It also relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and watery eyes. Aero-DL Tablet SR works by reducing and preventing swelling and inflammation in your lungs. It may take a few weeks for this medicine to show full effects. This medicine will not stop an asthma attack that has already started. In order to prevent future attacks, it is important to identify asthma triggers and avoid them and take your medications as prescribed.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aero-DL Tablet SR may be taken with or without food.

Aero-DL Tablet SR is a combination of three medicines: Acebrophylline, Desloratadine and Montelukast. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Desloratadine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose and improves your symptoms.
