Women of childbearing potential must follow strict pregnancy prevention programs and avoid pregnancy for at least four weeks before starting and four weeks after stopping the medicine.| What are the serious side effects of Adthal 100mg Capsule? ::: Serious side effects of Adthal 100mg Capsule include severe blood clots, nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy), low white blood cell count, liver problems, and serious skin rashes such as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. Medical help should be sought immediately if any of these occur.| Who should not take Adthal 100mg Capsule?::: Individuals should not take Adthal 100mg Capsule if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unable to follow the birth control requirements. Adthal 100mg Capsule modulates the activity of body's immune system and helps indirectly attacking the cancer cells. It also stops the growth of blood vessels in cancer.

Your doctor may monitor your blood cell count frequently and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may cause decreased production of blood cells.

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor kidney function and other treatment outcome and may modify the treatment protocol as per the observation. Concurrent use may increase the risk of kidney damage. This is particular when use concurrently in individuals having cancer of plasma cell in the bone marrow (myeloma).
