It reduces joint damage by reducing swelling and improves joint function.| What benefit can you expect from your treatment with Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection?::: You may notice a lessening of joint swelling, pain, and stiffness, often within the first 8 weeks of starting the treatment.| Can Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection weaken your immune system?::: Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection is a TNF blocker medicine that can lower the ability of your immune system to fight infections. Inform your doctor if you have been suffering from any infections before taking this medicine.| Can Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection be used with other arthritis medicines?::: Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection is a biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (bDMARD) and may be used with other medicines like methotrexate (DMARDs); prednisolone (steroid); naproxen or ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory medicines) and paracetamol (pain killers). However, it cannot be used with other bDMARDs. Your doctor will be able to give you more information on this.| Should Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection be stopped before any surgery?::: Yes, treatment with this medicine should be stopped before surgery. It can start again after the operation at a time decided by your surgeon and rheumatologist (often once the wound has healed and there is no infection).

Admira 40mg/0.8ml Injection blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain joint diseases.

-Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not use Adalimumab with Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted). Concurrent use may increase the risk of infections.

| -Natalizumab (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Natalizumab with Adalimumab. Concomitant use may increase the risk of infections.

| -Tocilizumab (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Tocilizumab with Adalimumab.

| -Vedolizumab (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Vedolizumab with Adalimumab.

| -Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route): Severe

Do not use Adalimumab with Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated). Concurrent use may increase the risk of infections.
