If you miss a dose of Adiprox-DT Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It can be given for decreasing the back pain. However, you should consult your doctor for the exact cause of your back pain and then start the treatment.
