What type of drug is Adfrar Injection?::: Adfrar Injection belongs to a class of drugs name TNF blockers. It reduces joint damage by reducing swelling and improves joint function.| What benefit can you expect from your treatment with Adfrar Injection?::: You may notice a lessening of joint swelling, pain, and stiffness, often within the first 8 weeks of starting the treatment.| Can Adfrar Injection weaken your immune system?::: Adfrar Injection is a TNF blocker medicine that can lower the ability of your immune system to fight infections. Inform your doctor if you have been suffering from any infections before taking this medicine.| Can Adfrar Injection be used with other arthritis medicines?::: Adfrar Injection is a biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (bDMARD) and may be used with other medicines like methotrexate (DMARDs); prednisolone (steroid); naproxen or ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory medicines) and paracetamol (pain killers). However, it cannot be used with other bDMARDs. Your doctor will be able to give you more information on this.| Should Adfrar Injection be stopped before any surgery?::: Yes, treatment with this medicine should be stopped before surgery. It can start again after the operation at a time decided by your surgeon and rheumatologist (often once the wound has healed and there is no infection).
Adfrar Injection blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain joint diseases.
-Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route): Life-threatening
Do not use Adalimumab with Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted). Concurrent use may increase the risk of infections.

Do not consume Natalizumab with Adalimumab. Concomitant use may increase the risk of infections.

Do not consume Tocilizumab with Adalimumab.
