Inform your doctor if you have been suffering from any infections before taking this medicine.| Can Adalimac 40mg Injection be used with other arthritis medicines?::: Adalimac 40mg Injection is a biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (bDMARD) and may be used with other medicines like methotrexate (DMARDs); prednisolone (steroid); naproxen or ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory medicines) and paracetamol (pain killers). However, it cannot be used with other bDMARDs. Your doctor will be able to give you more information on this.| Should Adalimac 40mg Injection be stopped before any surgery?::: Yes, treatment with this medicine should be stopped before surgery. It can start again after the operation at a time decided by your surgeon and rheumatologist (often once the wound has healed and there is no infection).

Adalimac 40mg Injection blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain joint diseases.

-Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not use Adalimumab with Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted). Concurrent use may increase the risk of infections.

Do not consume Natalizumab with Adalimumab. Concomitant use may increase the risk of infections.

| -Tocilizumab (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Tocilizumab with Adalimumab.

| -Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route): Severe
