You may not feel any difference after taking Actilyse 20mg Injection. This does not mean that the medicine is not working, therefore keep taking this medicine as prescribed.

Actilyse 20mg Injection is a thrombolytic medication. It works by dissolving the harmful blood clots in the blood vessels. This restores the blood flow to the affected tissue, thereby preventing tissue death and improving outcomes.

-Apixaban (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Apixaban with Alteplase. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for bleeding and consult your doctor immediately. Alteplase may increase the effect of Apixaban.Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding.

| -Tranexamic Acid (Oral Route): Moderate

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Tranexamic Acid may block the action of Alteplase.

| -Tirofiban (Injection Route): Moderate

Do not consume Tirofiban with Alteplase. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for bleeding and consult your doctor immediately. Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding.
