Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. It is advisable to continue taking Acota MR Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acota MR Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Acota MR Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
If you miss a dose of Acota MR Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Get enough rest, and avoid important activities requiring alertness if you are feeling drowsy.| Can I use Acota MR Tablet for a long time? ::: Long-term or repeated use of Acota MR Tablet should be done only under a doctor?s supervision, as it may affect your liver or kidneys. Chronic use may also increase the risk of stomach ulcers or bleeding. Regular monitoring and check-ups are important if you need ongoing pain relief.| What are the serious side effects of Acota MR Tablet? ::: The serious side effects of Acota MR Tablet include black or bloody stools, severe stomach pain, vomiting blood, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), persistent drowsiness, swelling, rash, trouble breathing, or confusion. Contact your doctor immediately. These may be signs of severe side effects requiring urgent attention.
Acota MR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Aceclofenac, and Tizanidine. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
