Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It regulates ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS. It enhances the body's response to insulin, and maintains hormonal balance. This improves your overall health. Acnechio-M Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is to be taken with food, preferably at the same time each day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.It may cause side effects like taste changes, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. However, these are temporary and usually subside on their own. Please consult your doctor in case these do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.Before taking Acnechio-M Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver or heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it. Your doctor will check your kidney function tests before starting treatment with it. Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking it as this may increase the risk of developing some side effects.

In Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) Women with Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) have hormonal imbalance that is responsible for irregular menstrual cycles (periods), excessive hair growth and acne. Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in regulating hormonal imbalance as well as periods in females. It helps the body to utilise the hormone insulin and also regulates menstrual cycles. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not skip any doses and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acnechio-M Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Acnechio-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Acnechio-M Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine. | - Liver : CAUTION

Acnechio-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.There is very limited experience on use of Acnechio-M Tablet in patients with underlying liver disease.

Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of six medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, Melatonin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body?s response to insulin and decreasing high levels of harmful substances (free radicals, homocysteine) in the body. This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.
