Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in regulating hormonal imbalance as well as periods in females. It helps the body to utilise the hormone insulin and also regulates menstrual cycles. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not skip any doses and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acnechio-M Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Acnechio-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Acnechio-M Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine. | - Liver : CAUTION
Acnechio-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.There is very limited experience on use of Acnechio-M Tablet in patients with underlying liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Acnechio-M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of six medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, Melatonin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body?s response to insulin and decreasing high levels of harmful substances (free radicals, homocysteine) in the body.
