Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.

If you miss a dose of Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It must not be used in patients with a history of angioedema, severe asthma, very low blood pressure, certain heart rhythm problems, cardiogenic shock, or untreated pheochromocytoma.| Can Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER cause serious allergic reactions?::: Yes. Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER can sometimes cause angioedema, which is swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat. This can be life-threatening and requires immediate medical help.| Can Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER affect breathing? ::: Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER may cause breathing problems in people with asthma or chronic obstructive lung disease. It should not be used in patients with severe lung conditions.| What are the serious side effects of Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER?::: Serious side effects of Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER may include severe dizziness or fainting from low blood pressure, swelling of the face or throat, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe diarrhea, signs of kidney problems, or yellowing of the skin and eyes. If you notice these, seek urgent medical attention.| Can Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER affect my kidneys or liver? ::: Yes. Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER can affect kidney function, especially in patients with narrowed kidney blood vessels or pre-existing kidney disease. It can also worsen symptoms in patients with severe liver disease. Your doctor will monitor your kidney and liver function during treatment.| Can Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER cause blood sugar or electrolyte problems?::: Yes. Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER can mask signs of low blood sugar in diabetic patients. Acmprol 50 R Tablet ER may also increase potassium levels, which can be dangerous if not monitored. Your doctor will check your blood sugar, potassium, and sodium levels regularly.
