Cloxacillin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. If Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 3 days after discontinuing Cloxacillin. Please consult your doctor.

| -Amikacin (Injection Route): Moderate
