Aclina 300 Capsule is an antibiotic medicine that fights bacteria and is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It is effective in infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), throat, stomach, skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, and teeth. Aclina 300 Capsule works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This helps to improve your symptoms and cure the underlying infection. It is best taken with food, take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.The most common side effects of this medicine include stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or do not go away.Before using it, you should tell your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, if you have any problems with your bowels (intestines) or if you have ever had bloody diarrhea caused by taking antibiotics. -Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route): Severe

Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Clindamycin. Please consult your doctor. Clindamycin may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).

| -Warfarin (Oral Route): Severe

Inform your doctor if you notice any signs of bleeding (bruising, bleeding gums, blood in stool/vomit/urine). Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding.

| -Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Injection Route): Severe

Clindamycin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. Clindamycin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine.Do not consume Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine with Clindamycin. If Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 3 days after discontinuing Clindamycin. Please consult your doctor.

| -Vecuronium (Injection Route): Moderate

Your muscles may remain relaxed or weak for a longer than usual time. Your doctor may monitor your recovery phase. Clindamycin may increase the effect of Vecuronium.

| -Apalutamide (Oral Route): Moderate
