Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.This medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, restlessness, and increased heart rate. In Pain relief Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat aches and pains. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis and muscle aches. \u003cbr>Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol. | - Pregnancy : UNSAFE

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is highly unsafe during pregnancy. It can cause serious harm to the unborn baby, including birth defects and pregnancy loss. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. | - Breast feeding : UNSAFE

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby. | - Driving : UNSAFE

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : UNSAFE

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided.Use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function. | - Liver : UNSAFE

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.However, the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
What is Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet?::: Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and caffeine. This medication helps to relieve pain and fever. It works by lowering the chemical substance in the body which causes pain, fever and inflammation. The presence of Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol.| Can Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet be stopped when the pain is relieved?::: Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is usually used for a short term and can be discontinued when symptoms are relieved. However, Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet should be continued if the doctor has advised to do so.| Can the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?::: Yes, the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. If you start to experience vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.| Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet?::: The use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to painkillers (NSAIDs) or any of the components or excipients of this medicine. The use of this medication should preferably be avoided in patients having a history of stomach ulcers or in patients who have active, recurrent stomach ulcer / bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure or any underlying liver or kidney disease.| Can Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet cause insomnia?::: Yes, Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet can cause insomnia. Take Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet in the morning or afternoon to avoid insomnia. Consult the doctor if you are having persistent sleeping problem or insomnia (inability to sleep) while taking this medicine.| Can the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet cause damage to kidneys?::: Yes, the long-term use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lower the levels of prostaglandins in the body which leads to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended in patients with underlying kidney disease.| Will Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet be more effective if taken in higher doses?::: No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. If the symptoms are getting severe despite taking the medicine, please consult the doctor for re-evaluation.| What is the recommended storage condition for Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet?::: Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed.
