Acecare-S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Acecare-S Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. | - Liver : CAUTION

Acecare-S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.Use of Acecare-S Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while the patient is taking this medicine.

If you miss a dose of Acecare-S Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It is not recommended for children, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should use it only if prescribed by their doctor.| Are there any serious side effects of Acecare-S Tablet? ::: Serious side effects of Acecare-S Tablet include gastrointestinal bleeding (black or bloody stools, vomiting blood), severe allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing trouble), liver damage (yellowing of the skin or eyes), or kidney problems (reduced urination, swelling). Acecare-S Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
