In Treatment of Bacterial infections Ace-Claro Tablet is an antibiotic medicine that can be used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria. These include infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, and skin. It is also effective against a bacteria known as H. pylori, which is associated with peptic ulcer disease. It stops further growth of the bacteria causing the infection and helps treat your infection.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ace-Claro Tablet may be taken with or without food.Avoid Ace-Claro Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

There is limited data available on the use of Ace-Claro Tablet in patients with liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Ace-Claro Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Can the use of Ace-Claro Tablet cause diarrhea?::: Yes, the use of Ace-Claro Tablet can cause diarrhea. It is an antibiotic which kills the harmful bacteria. However, it also affects the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine and causes diarrhea. If you are experiencing severe diarrhea, talk to your doctor about it.| How long does Ace-Claro Tablet takes to work?::: Usually, Ace-Claro Tablet starts working soon after taking it. However, it may take some days to kill all the harmful bacteria and make you feel better. | What if I don't get better after using Ace-Claro Tablet?::: Inform your doctor if you don't feel better after finishing the full course of treatment. Also, inform him if your symptoms are getting worse while using this medicine.| Can the use of Ace-Claro Tablet cause infertility?::: There is no firm evidence to suggest that the use of Ace-Claro Tablet will cause infertility in males or females.
Ace-Claro Tablet is an antibiotic. It works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.
-Pimozide (Oral Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Pimozide with Clarithromycin. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm and may be fatal.

Do not consume Clarithromycin with Ranolazine. Clarithromycin may raise blood levels of Ranolazine.Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm.
| -Domperidone (Oral Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Domperidone with Clarithromycin. Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm and can be fatal.
| -Simvastatin (Oral Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Simvastatin with Clarithromycin. If Clarithromycin is essential, your doctor may temporarily stop Simvastatin. Clarithromycin may raise blood levels of Simvastatin.Concurrent use may cause muscle damage.
| -Ivabradine (Oral Route): Life-threatening
Do not consume Ivabradine with Clarithromycin. Clarithromycin may raise blood levels of Ivabradine.Concomitant use may affect heart rhythm.
