Abronate-F Cream is a combination medicine used in the treatment of various types of skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching by acting against the infection-causing microorganisms. Abronate-F Cream is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina rinse with water. It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly. The course of the treatment should be completed to ensure better efficacy of the medicine. If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.This is usually a safe medicine, however, it may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. In Treatment of Skin infections Abronate-F Cream helps treat and control various skin infections caused by bacteria and fungus. It kills the microorganisms causing infection, thereby clearing the infection. It also gives relief from pain, swelling, redness, or itching due to infection and speeds up the healing process. You may notice your skin starting to get better within 4-5 days. Keep using Abronate-F Cream for as long as it is prescribed.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

If you miss a dose of Abronate-F Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
What would happen if I use a higher than the recommended dose of Abronate-F Cream for long periods?::: Abronate-F Cream should be used only for the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. This medicine contains clobetasol which when used in higher doses and for longer periods can get absorbed in the blood circulation and cause adrenal suppression and Cushing's syndrome. It can cause weight gain, high blood pressure and rounding of the face. Its application could cause a change in color of skin at the site of application. Veins beneath the skin become visible due to thinning and weakening of the skin. There could be an increased hair growth. If you experience an increased severity of your symptoms, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.| What are the contraindications associated with the use of Abronate-F Cream?::: Use of Abronate-F Cream is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine. Avoid its use in case of any fungal infections (ringworm or athlete's foot), viral infections (herpes or chickenpox) or for treatment of acne or rosacea. Consult your doctor before using it for any condition.| What are the instructions for the storage and disposal of Abronate-F Cream?::: Keep this medicine in the packet or the container it came in. Abronate-F Cream is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Clotrimazole and Fusidic Acid, which treats skin infections.Clobetasol is a steroid medicine which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Fusidic Acid is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions.
